Our goal is to deliver the highest levels of Molecular Hydrogen to receiving it's therapeutic effects and begin seeing marginal improvements in our overall health.
To reach these levels we've developed a DuPont Membrane capable of undergoing a process called Electrolysis. Electrolysis is the use of electricity to split water into hydrogen and oxygen. The water inside the tumbler is entering the membrane and H2O molecules are simultaneously being split, you'll notice air bubbles rising within. Hydrogen gas infuses the water to create an anti-oxidant environment. The leftover oxygen is expelled.
The experts have recommended the optimal levels of Molecular Hydrogen to be above 2.0 PPM (Parts Per Million).
Before using for the first time, pour hot water into the hydrogen generator and wait for 10 to 15 minutes
After pouring water into the container, close the lid.
Connect the power base with the adapter using a micro USB cable.
Connect the adapter to a power source.
Place the container on the power base. The power indicator light on the power base will turn on and bubbles will emerge from the center of the container.
The infusion process will run for 1 hour automatically (45 minutes of high infusion, 15 minutes of low infusion), it will stop after 1 hour, moving and placing the container back to the power base will restart the process.
To stop, remove the USB cable from the power base or disconnect the adapter from the power source.
When the machine is in use, a small amount of water may come through the oxygen outlet. It does not affect the use. Simply dry with a paper towel or cloth.

Periodic Cleaning
To prolong the life of the product, it needs to be cleaned regularly. Over time, mineral deposits accumulate in the vent holes, although it is harmless to our health, it impairs the function of the product by preventing hydrogen gas from leaving.
Please wipe the product with a clean soft cloth or sponge soaked in water, and if the product is dirty, you can wipe it with a neutral detergent and rinse it with water. Please use in a well-ventilated location to ensure drying. Once a week you can wipe the hydrogen generator with a cotton swab dipped in vinegar, then rinse the vinegar off with hot water.
WARNING: Do not use strong chemical detergents, chlorine,
steel wool, etc. to clean, in order to prevent damage to the
product.
NOTE: Ensure the bottom part of the container is dry before
starting the product. If the hydrogen generator installed
under the container comes into contact with water, it will
cause the product to stop functioning.
Monthly Cleaning
1. Fill the pitcher half way full with water and add a teaspoon of citric acid (included). 2. Add enough hot water to fully cover the hydrogen water generator and run the product for 30 minutes. 3. Dispose of the water, and one quick rinse of the container, and you're good to go!
Storage Method
If the pitcher will not be used for an extended period of time, please store as follows: 1. Clean and dry the product thoroughly. 2. Ensure all parts are kept securely in the box. 3. Store in dry and cool place away from sunlight.
NOTE: If the pitcher has not been used for a long time, it may have an off smell to it. Please fill pitcher with the boiling water and soak for 10-30 minutes before use.

Keep the unit away from freezing. (i.e. 0°C/32°F)
No Power
Please check if the USB cable and the adapter are correctly connected and whether the plug is plugged into the socket.
If the problem is not resolved, please ensure that the outlet is receiving power, is the power outlet consistent with the products power specifications (DC 5V, 2.5A)
Hydrogen Generator is not generating hydrogen bubbles
This can be caused by having the air outlet being too dry. Please add boiling water and wait for 10-30 minutes and try again.
If the problem is not resolved, please email us at support@h2codeusa.com. DO NOT attempt to dismantle or fix the machine without authorization, as this could result in further damage.
Hydrogen generator is not generating hydrogen bubbles consistently
This can be caused by the accumulation of excessive minerals in the air outlet. Please refer to the maintenance tab with directions on how to clean the hydrogen generator, or page 6 of the product brochure.
